The daily planner for freelancers

Work with
peace of mind

Write down what the client asks for in one line. Odha files it in the project, carries it over until it's done, and brings it back when you need it.

@acme Fix client feedback +1h15

You write it down. Odha keeps track.

No credit card. No commitment.

Day to day

The same day, only calmer.

Without Odha

6 actions
  1. 01

The client calls. You grab a sticky note to write down the request.

  2. 02

You lose the sticky note. You write it again in your notebook.

  3. 03

The next day, you remember writing something down. You find the page and decipher your own handwriting.

  4. 04

You get to work and start the timer. Someone calls. The timer is still running.

  5. 05

A month later, the client asks where their project stands. You cross-check your emails, your notebook and the timer to piece together what you did.

  6. 06

You clean it all up in a spreadsheet, export a PDF and send it.

With Odha

3 actions
  1. 01

    The client calls. You type:
    @acme Redo the pricing page
You add the details so nothing gets forgotten.

  2. 02

The next day, the task has rolled over automatically, because it wasn't finished. Once the work is done, you estimate the time spent and add +3h15

  3. 03

A month later, the client asks where their project stands: in seconds, the summary of completed tasks is ready as a PDF or Excel file, with the time spent if you logged it.

That's all.

And a year from now, finding what you did on this project takes just seconds too.

By a freelancer, for freelancers

“I tried a lot of tools. They all asked for a little more of my time - never less.”

After years as an independent developer, I needed a place to get client requests out of my head and get back to what matters: my work. Not a complex project management system. Not another tool to learn. No complicated forms, no constant notifications. Just a simple daily planner where everything I've logged can be found quickly when I need it.

I built the solution I wanted to use myself. Odha is my daily driver. Simple, quiet, effective. I hope it brings you the same clarity.

What Odha does for you

Just the essentials

Write it down, keep going
As quick as a sticky note

No forms, no complicated menus. One line is enough: the task, the project with @ (created the first time you mention it) and the time spent with +2h if you bill for it. No timer to start.

Lose nothing
What isn't done follows you

Unfinished tasks move to the next day on their own, with nothing to copy over. Recurring ones are created in an instant, and you rearrange the week with drag & drop.

Find everything
Your work, remembered

Every line is filed in its project. A year later, it's all there, with search and filters. When the client asks for a summary, the report is ready as a PDF or Excel file in seconds.

Questions

Before you start

What is Odha, and who is it for?

Odha is the daily planner for freelancers: you write a task in one line, Odha carries it over until it's done and files it in its project. In seconds, you turn it into a client report. It's for freelancers who want to keep track of their work simply, project by project, like web developers or virtual assistants. It isn't built for teams or agencies.

How do I log a task or time?

Type your task along with @project-name to link it to a project, and add +2h30 or +45min to log the time you spent on it.

What happens to tasks I didn't finish?

When you open Odha, unfinished tasks from previous days move to today automatically. Tasks you checked off or logged time on stay where they are.

What does the client report contain?

A PDF with your logo and details if you've added them, the project, the period, the number of tasks and the total time, then every task with its date and time spent. You also get an Excel file in decimal hours for invoicing. The report covers the period and filters you choose.

Is my data mine? What if I stop using Odha?

You can download all your data at any time from your account: an Excel workbook with your projects, tasks, logged time and recurring tasks. It stays available even when your subscription is no longer active. You can also delete your account yourself.

What does Odha do with my personal data?

Nothing other than run the service. Odha never sells data, uses no advertising trackers, and never uses your content for commercial, advertising or AI model training purposes. Only the technical providers the service needs (hosting, payment, email delivery) process data, each for its own role. The details are in the privacy policy.

Does it work on mobile?

Odha works in your phone's browser and can be installed on your home screen as a web app. There is no App Store or Google Play app.

Can I import data from another tool?

Not at the moment. Odha starts from a blank page, and your history builds up as you type.

What does "Pay once" include?

You pay once, with no subscription or renewal, and keep access to Odha for as long as the service runs, app updates included. The details of the offer are in the Terms.

What if writing
one simple line was enough?

Open, write it down, close.
Everything will be there when you need it.
